Let’s Talk Intersectionality from the National Collaboration Centre for Determinants of Health (NCCDH) supports discussion, reflection and action on applying intersectionality in public health practice, programs, policies and research.
We are looking forward to welcoming recreation, sport and community leaders from across the territory to Building Inclusive Recreation and Sport Communities for Women, Girls, and Gender Diverse People: Facility Use & Design.
Hosted in partnership with the Canadian Parks and Recreation Association and YG Sport and Recreation Branch, this one-day workshop will encourage us to explore how our facilities and programming decisions impact the participation of women, girls, and gender diverse individuals in recreation and sport.
