WAFL Equipment Library

The Winter Active for Life Equipment Library offers a small inventory of cross-country skis, boots, poles and snowshoes that can be borrowed for the winter season as well as Kicksleds that can be borrowed for up to 2 weeks.

Instead of a library card, eligible borrowers take out loans with an RPAY Affiliate Membership.

Follow the online steps below to find out if you are eligible and to request a loan from the Equipment Library. 

For cross country ski equipment loans, priority is given to rural Yukon. Requests must be received by October 31.

1. EXPLORE

Read the Introduction to the WAFL Equipment Library.

2. JOIN

Get or renew your RPAY Affiliate membership.

3. AGREE

Complete the WAFL Equipment Agreement.

4. REQUEST 

Use our online WAFL Equipment Request. The deadline to request cross country ski equipment is October 31.

5. PICK UP 

Arrange a time to pick up the equipment and have FUN!

6. REPORT 

Fill out a WAFL Equipment Report by March 31.
